What your Classes will look like?

Virtual:
Prenatal Yoga classes is offered as 4 Saturdays series for a total of 12 hours.

For In-Person classes:
The Prenatal Yoga classes is offered over a span of 2 days. (6 hours each day)

Mog’s Prenatal Yoga program empowers you with all the tools and techniques to confidently navigate your labour and birth.
