Dr. Suguna Deepti Kapila

I’m Dr. Suguna Deepti Kapila, a Consultant Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, deeply passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, from adolescence to pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond. My journey in medicine began with an MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, followed by an MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from SCB Medical College, Cuttack. I am also proud to be a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (MRCOG, UK).

These experiences, along with over a decade in clinical practice, have shaped my approach to women’s health, where compassion and evidence-based medicine go hand in hand. Over the years, I have had the privilege of caring for women through high-risk pregnancies, fertility challenges, PCOS, fibroids, laparoscopic procedures, and postnatal care. What I value most is not just treating conditions, but empowering women with knowledge, confidence, and the reassurance that they are never alone in their journey.

I believe healthcare is not only about outcomes, it is also about building trust, listening deeply, and ensuring that every woman feels heard, respected, and supported. For me, being a gynaecologist is more than a profession, it’s a calling to walk alongside women, helping them care for their bodies, minds, and futures with confidence and dignity.
